Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 2026

1. Introduction

We are Meds R Us (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our telehealth services. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the site.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following types of information:

  • Personal identification information such as your name, email address, and phone number
  • Health-related information you voluntarily provide when using our telehealth services
  • Aggregated, anonymous usage data such as which pages are visited, general device type, and approximate country — collected without cookies and never tied to your identity (see “Cookies and Analytics” below)
  • Communications you send us, including messages submitted through our contact form

We only collect what we need to provide you with quality care and a functional website experience.

3. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used to:

  • Provide, operate, and continuously improve our telehealth services
  • Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about your care
  • Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations
  • Monitor and maintain the security of our platform

We do not use your information for advertising purposes or sell it to third-party marketers.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information — full stop. We may share your information in limited circumstances: with service providers who assist in operating our platform (under strict confidentiality obligations), as required by applicable law or legal process, or with your explicit consent. Any third parties we work with are carefully vetted and contractually required to protect your data.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we work hard to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to take precautions with the information you share online.

6. HIPAA Notice

To the extent our telehealth services involve protected health information (PHI), we handle that information in accordance with applicable requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and related regulations. Our website analytics are intentionally designed so that no PHI is collected through them. If you have questions about your health information rights, or wish to submit a request related to your PHI, please contact us directly.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information — including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. We respect these rights and will respond to valid requests in accordance with applicable law. To exercise any of these rights, reach out to us through our contact page.

8. Cookies and Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics to understand how our public pages are used — for example, which pages are most visited and the general device type or country of our visitors. We use Vercel Web Analytics for this. It does not set tracking cookies, does not build advertising profiles, and does not follow you across other websites. The data we see is aggregated and anonymous, so it cannot be used to identify you.

Our analytics never collect personal health information or the details you enter into forms. Pages where you would provide personal or health information — including our enrollment flow, patient portal, and staff dashboard — are excluded from analytics entirely, and the web addresses we measure are stripped of any query details before they are counted.

We do not use Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, or similar advertising trackers. Because our analytics are cookieless and anonymous, there is no advertising cookie to opt out of; you can still block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our services evolve or as legal requirements change. When we make significant updates, we will post the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically so you always know how your information is being handled.

10. Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, how we handle your information, or want to exercise your data rights, we're happy to help. Please reach out through our contact page.
